I am sitting here on a miserably rainy day suffering from the flu terribly (even my doctor kept his distance!!)when in comes your newsletter & the giveaway. Off I trot to have a look & WOW my favourite Melly & Me pattern Toffee Apple Bag is there. Being able to make this gorgeous bag out of bright funky fabrics would certainly lift my spirits (SS)

It was a hard decision, but my winner was the Cherry Chimp pattern. If I ever have kids, I'm making them their own Cherry Chimp!

Hi Jodie,
I love the Melly & Me designs. The Latte Bag and Purse would be my pick. It would give me a change from making Bubbles from Melly's Kaleidoscope Book. (Everytime I finish one another family member requests one!) (SS).

HI! I love Melly & Me & my favourite pattern is the "Clucky" Hen. I think its the perfect representation for my first softie to my kids... Mother Hen taking care of her brood... that's me! I'm quite happy to think of myself that way. I love browsing your store/blog when they're tucked up in bed, planning all the things I can make when i finally get back to my sewing machine. Thanks, Tanya.

O love the Toffee Apple Bag. and as I was just asked to make a 'DS Bundle' bag for a friends little girl, this would be perfect.

I love that latte bag - so versatile, it would be great for gifts for young and old.

I love the Latte bag pattern. It can be made as a casual bag and also into something more fancy, depending on the fabrics.

In November we are going to show our baby twins, Tommie and Olivia, to my family overseas. Since I have moved to Australia in 2006 I have not seen my sisters or brother. My sister has had a baby girl since then and I would love to make her the Jelly Bean bunny as a very special gift from her auntie from Australia. It would be so much more special and loved because I made it myself.

My favourite is the 'Petunia' pattern, it is actually really hard to find pig soft toys and this would be one that is different and could be handed down, very cute!

I love the Toffee Apple Bag pattern (it was a tough choice, because I loved them all). This bag specifically because I'm making gifts for all of my girlfriends for the holidays in fun, bright fabric, to bring polka dots and fun to their lives =) I use fabric that's thrifted, and there are some great, fun prints in skirts, shirts and kids clothes.

I fell in love with Hilda the second I saw her. I think she would be great company for Mrs Perkins who I made last Christmas for my animal loving toddler.

Oooh, this is a hard one, but I think I'd say the Latte bag pattern as I have some lovely fabric I'd love to make into something for my Mum!

michelle said...

Definitely the "clucky pattern for me. Mum to my chicks is my whole life right now. I don't see that changing...which is just fine by me :)

Hi!
I love M&M patterns! I always see them in my local quilting shop and just drool over them, but can't afford to pay for one :( But one day I hope to have a pattern of my very own! I just love them all but my fav so far is petunia pig! I ♥ pigs, I even have a little piggy tattoo on my left shoulder blade. I have posted about this giveaway on my blog http://iheartcraft.blogspot.com/ and also on my craft forum www.iheartcraft.com Good luck everyone!

i've never used a melly & me pattern, but drool over their bags - maybe this could be a chance to drool over a real bag made by me!

cheers - kate

My daughter has a jungle themed bedroom and I've already made an Ellie the Elephant and Mrs Perkins the giraffe by Melly and Me so I think they would be pleased to welcome Hilda the Hippo to the fold too!
Thanks for the chance to win Jodie.

Hi there - first time visitor after seeing your Facebook ad - what a great blog and shop - it's been bookmarked already!
My preference would be Hilda Hippo - I can already see myself knocking up at least 4 for all the assorted special little girls in my world!

I have a real thing for hippos - I always say of myself that I'm a bellydancing hippopotamus! So I'd love the Hilda pattern.
