Babushka Pincushion Kits finally here!!!

Make your very own Babushka Pincushion or give this very easy to make kit as a fantastic gift!

The kit comes with all that's needed to make the pictured doll, including filling, fabric, felt, cotton and some simple to follow instructions. The only thing you need is a large tapestry or darning needle and to know how to do an easy blanket stitch (if you don't just google, there are some great tutorials).

Some items come with no-sew adhesive, ready to be ironed to the felt.

The kit comes in a very funky gift pillow box.

Scarf Kits

These gorgeous scarf kits are made up of 3 balls of Australian Heirloom 100%, machine washable wool and 5 assorted crocheted flowers. Each kit will consist of a crocheted flower that has a brooch backing that can be used to hold the scarf in place or as an accessory on a hat/jacket etc.... It has been put all together in a lovely labelled pillow gift box with full instructions.

This really would make the perfect gift for a beginner knitter as it is bascially a 30 stitch project that can easily be done in garter stitch. Great for the 10 years +. The mixed colour packs are a little more complicated but still easy enough.

All you need is a pair of size 4mm (8) needles.

I'm getting there......

I did say that these kits would be uploaded this week but there has been a hold up on the packaging so now I am looking at mid next week. The scarf is looking so cute. It will actually have five of these divine crocheted flowers and will come in a range of colours.

I have been trying really hard to get the example scarf done but I am sewer, knitting for me is hard work. My sides are terrible, sewing in of threads is woeful and my needles that I picked up from the Meeniyan Op Shop are bent (can't complain - 10c for the pair!!)

So if any one is game, the scarf pictured above with the imperfect knitting, is going to be a giveaway. In return all I need from you is a comment.
